Platform Enhancements
We’re excited to announce improvements to your accounts with The Children’s ISA (TCI), including a new platform partnership with Quai Investment Services Limited (QISL).
Launch Date: 4th August 2025
Trading will pause for 5 business days before 4th August 2025.
What’s Changing?
- Any current ISA and JISA accounts on the Embark platform will automatically transfer to the new TCI platform with QISL.
- Embark services will end, and no investments will be sold during the transition.
- You must act by 24th July 2025 if you prefer to transfer to another provider.
Updated Terms & Conditions
- New terms for your ISA and JISA accounts will apply from the 4th August download here
- New Key Features documents will apply from the 4th August: Download ISA key features here and download JISA key features here.
Charges
No changes to account fees. Full fee details are in the updated Terms & Conditions.
Access & Payments
- Continue managing accounts via www.thechildrensisa.com.
- Existing direct debits will be cancelled; new ones will be set up for the new platform.
Happy with the changes? No action needed.
Want to transfer elsewhere? Submit instructions by 24th July 2025.
